If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise upon its return to our company. A 20% re-stocking charge will apply on all orders that are cancelled or returned. This does not apply to product exchanges or any errors caused by our company. Prior to any returns, you must contact us to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). Failure to do so may result in delays of the credit process. All merchandise must be received back to us in its original condition.
